Time Trials Round One: Key Information

Warm up: 7:30pm

Wigston Pool and Fitness Centre

This event is for swimmers from all squads. Swimmers will be automatically entered. If you are unable to attend, please advise Josh via email as soon as possible at headcoach@owswimclub.org

Swimmers from Aquanauts will swim the 25m events for each of the four strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.

Swimmers from Skills Developement (bronze, silver and gold) will swim events for each of the four strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.

Swimmers from Bronze may swim a combination of 25m and 50m events as appropriate for age and ability at coaches discretion.

Swimmers from Silver and Gold will swim 50m of each stroke. (unless emailed due to age/ability, where a swimmer may follow the senior structure below instead) 

Swimmers from these squads will swim:

• Three 50m events (including 50m freestyle and two choice events to be selected via completion of the form (to follow) and
• Two 100m events.  (including 100m freestyle and one choice event to be selected via completion of the form (to follow)

Please make sure you have:

• A drinks bottle
• Your competitive club swim hat
• Tried and tested goggles (and spares if you have them too)
• Money for locker use (big bags must be placed in the lockers)

Make sure you:

• Sign in with your team manager on arrival and be ready for warm up.
• Don't bring big bags poolside - small bags only please!
