Event Selection
- Aquanauts 4 x 25m (all four strokes as per previous sessions, with no need to fill in a form)
- Skills Development (Bronze, Silver, Gold): 4 × 50m (no need to fill in a form - unless emailed due to age/ability, where a swimmer may follow the senior structure instead)
- Competitive Development and above: 3 × 50m + 2 × 100m: compulsory events 50m freestyle, 100m freestyle; choice events 2 x 50m and 1 x 50m - Please fill in form below to select choice events
