Aquanauts 4 x 25m (all four strokes as per Session One, with no need to fill in a form)
Skills Development (Bronze, Silver, Gold):4 × 50m (no need to fill in a form - unless emailed due to age/ability, where a swimmer may follow the senior structure instead)
Competitive Development and above:3 × 50m + 2 × 100m only 50m events follow the same structure as session one: 50m Front Crawl, plus two chosen 50m events. 100m events will be 100m IM, plus one chosen 100m event. (Please complete the form below to select choice events)
