Warm up: 6pm, arrive by 5:45pm

Please make sure you have:

• A drinks bottle
• Your competitive club swim hat
• Tried and tested goggles (and spares if you have them too)
• Money for locker use (big bags must be placed in the lockers)

Make sure you:

• Sign in with your team manager on arrival and be ready for warm up.
• Don't bring big bags poolside - small bags only please!
